What was our contribution?
The University of Deusto contributed to the PROTECT-CHILD project by defining the data and metadata model, ensuring its interoperability and alignment with the European Health Data Space (EHDS). He also developed the Data Discovery Dashboard and the Cohort Builder, tools that facilitate the exploration of clinical and genomic data, ensuring patient privacy. In addition, he worked on the integration of metadata and quality labels to improve secure access to information and optimise the creation of cohorts for clinical studies.
