Goals
EGOKIA develops a new generation of Artificial Intelligence able to recognise the unknown, adapt to change and keep learning during operation in industrial environments with high variability. The goal is to ensure that intelligent systems remain reliable without costly retraining or continuous human intervention.
What was our contribution?
Deusto, through its D4K research group, brings expertise in trustworthy AI, bio-inspired Edge learning, synthetic data and explainability. It leads the quantitative and qualitative experimental validation of the common evaluation framework (T4.3, deliverable E4.1) and the project’s overall communication and dissemination strategy (T5.1, deliverable E5). It contributes actively to autonomous, adaptive perception (PT2) and to efficient, federated and RAG-based continual learning (PT3). A technology transfer agreement with Grupo INZU (ETXE-TAR) is planned, along with new doctoral theses co-supervised with TECNALIA and the publication of four articles in Q1 journals.
