Sánchez Marcos, Iñigo

Ismael, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Deusto and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Computing and Intelligent Systems at the same university. He has gained experience as an intern at Accenture, where he worked as a software developer, and at DeustoTech, where he developed a smartwatch application and an AI algorithm for detecting sleep apnea. He has now joined DeustoTech as a researcher on the European project CoBien, contributing to the creation of a web portal that will integrate with a smartphone app, enabling users to interact with the smart furniture. Ismael has a particular interest in artificial intelligence and seeks to apply his knowledge to contribute to innovative solutions in this field. He is joining the Deusto Smart Mobility unit within the European project Cobien and will be responsible for the design and implementation of the social web portal, a key element of the project aimed at connecting seniors, family members, young people, and any interested users.
