Pikatza Huerga, Amaia

Amaia holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Deusto, where she also earned a Master's in Computing and Intelligent Systems. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the same university.
She is a member of the Deustek/MORElab research group, where her work focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector. Her research has involved the use of machine learning and deep learning techniques for prediction and classification in health-related applications. Throughout her career, she has also worked with Blockchain technology for food traceability, developing innovative solutions in this field. Additionally, she combines her research activities with teaching.
