Oyarbide Zubillaga , Aitor

Aitor Oyarbide received his PhD in Engineering from Cranfield University (UK), and developed more than a decade industry experience as Operation and Systems Management manager. Currently being the Dual training coordinator of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Deusto. His research and teaching cover multiple areas of industrial management such as operations research, maintenance, digital twins, management systems, and project management. He has participated in several research projects (both European, National and Regional) and has published a number of papers in top ranked international journals. To date, Aitor has been part of the logistics team and, since March 2025, has joined the sustainability research line at DeustoTech to continue the project.
