Cyrille Kesiku is a PhD student at the University of Deusto, enrolled in the Doctoral Program in Engineering for the Society of Information and Sustainable Development. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, particularly deep learning and quantum machine learning, aiming to develop innovative algorithms to combat diseases such as cancer. Cyrille is driven by a strong desire to make significant contributions to global health challenges through the application of AI techniques.
He holds a Master's degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Big Data from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS-Senegal), obtained in February 2021. Additionally, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Kinshasa in 2017, in his home country, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Cyrille joined the eVIDA research group to work on quantum computing applications in health and well-being.
