Wilmer Garzón, a postdoctoral researcher in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Holds dual PhD degrees: a PhD in Computer Science from IMT Atlantique (France) and a PhD in Computer Engineering from the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería (Colombia), with research focused on distributed machine learning and intelligent systems.
Has over 15 years of experience in data, AI, and advanced analytics. He also led and contributed to applied research and technology transfer projects in Europe and Latin America, across academic, industrial, and public-sector contexts.
