    2020–present: Academic Coordinator of the Specialized Program in Video Games and Extended Reality, associated with the Computer Engineering degree.
    1991–present: Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Deusto, teaching in various fields: multimedia and video games, extended reality, data structures and algorithms, compilers, visual and object-oriented programming, operating systems, programming languages, among others. Supervisor and developer of software projects in areas such as management and analytics, 3D graphics and animation, web and multimedia projects, compilation environments, compiler generators, graphical user interfaces (GUIs), and more.
    1999–present: Researcher at Deusto LearningLab. Leader and participant in dozens of national and European projects related to computational thinking, educational video games, accessibility, gamification, multimedia, and other innovative applications of technology in education, business, and industry.
    2015–present: Founder and Coordinator of the Ada Byron Award for Women in Technology. Held in Spain, Mexico, Argentina, and Uruguay.
    2016–present: Founder and organizer of InspiraSTEAM, a mentoring-based initiative aimed at fostering STEM vocations among school students, with participation from professional mentors. Active in the Basque Country, Madrid, Catalonia, Andalusia, Galicia, Asturias, and Murcia.
    2019–2021: Coordinator of the Immersive Lab (Laboratory of Immersive Technologies), University of Deusto.
    2004–2012: Co-founder and CEO of Gizer.net, a startup focused on social technology applications.
    1999–2008: Founder and organizer of ESIDE Week, Faculty of Engineering, University of Deusto.
    2004–2006, 2011: Communications Director, Faculty of Engineering, University of Deusto.
    1998–2002: Director of the Computing Center, Faculty of Engineering, University of Deusto, managing a team of over 50 people, 500 workstations, and 20 servers across multiple laboratories.
    2000–2001: Director of the Master’s Degree in Virtual Reality, the first of its kind in Spain, University of Deusto.
    1995–2003: Member of the Faculty Council, Faculty Board, and Total Quality Commission, University of Deusto.
    1991–1998: Co-founder and Coordinator of the Social Informatics Group (GIS), focused on developing applications and delivering technology training aimed at social minorities, people with disabilities, and the elderly, University of Deusto.
    1997–1999: Co-founder and President of ANIMO, the University Association for Solidarity, University of Deusto.
    1989–1991: Head of the Computer Science Department at Topobask, S.A., working in programming and CAD/CAM applied to surveying and civil engineering.
