Mercedes Ccesa, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (2012) and a Computer Engineering degree (2017) from the National University of San Cristóbal de Huamanga (Ayacucho, Peru), a Master's degree in Information Systems and Communications Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2015), and a Master's degree in Computing and Intelligent Systems from the University of Deusto (2024). Likewise, he holds a Specialization Diploma in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Big Data. During the first four years of her professional career, she worked as a Java Programmer Analyst and researcher in strategic management of information and communication technologies in the financial sector and municipal government. From 2017 to 2024, she worked as a university professor at the National University of San Cristóbal de Huamanga (Ayacucho, Peru) in the Systems Engineering program, where she taught courses on databases, expert systems, strategic information systems planning, and System Auditory. She has participated in research in Machine Learning and Deep Learning for the healthcare sector (2021), and since 2023, she has been collaborating on research projects within the Deusto Smart Mobility team. She is passionate about technology, ISMS, Machine Learning, and LLMs and their application in mobility, medicine, and tourism projects. Mercedes joins Deusto Smart Mobility to collaborate on the SENATOR, CONDUCTOR and SYNCHROMODE projects working on the application of machine learning techniques to improve the efficiency of routing methods.
