Degree in Industrial Design Engineering from the University of Deusto (with Honors, 2023) and Master in Interface Design and User Experience from the UOC (2024). During her undergraduate studies she studied at the University of Southern Denmark. During her master's degree she did research on design in organizational transformation in contexts of uncertainty and on the strategic potential and social impact of design. She joined the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Deusto as an adjunct professor of Design Lab II: User-Centred Design in the degree in Industrial Design Engineering in 2024. Currently, she works as a researcher and teacher through the Talent Program of the Faculty, where she combines the PhD Program with teaching activities. Alicia will develop her doctoral thesis within the Deusto Design Research Group on design culture and its impact on organizations.
